Connecting Strava
PeakFlow can sync your Strava activities to analyse your real training load and personalise your plan. To connect:
- Open PeakFlow and go to Settings → Connections (or the Connections step during onboarding).
- Tap Connect with Strava and authorise read-only access on Strava.
- You're done — new activities sync automatically, and you can pull recent ones with "Sync previous week".
PeakFlow requests read-only access only. We never create, edit, or delete activities on your Strava account.
Disconnecting Strava & revoking access
You can disconnect Strava at any time. There are two ways:
- From PeakFlow: go to Settings → Connections and disconnect Strava.
- From Strava: visit strava.com/settings/apps and revoke PeakFlow's access.
On disconnection, PeakFlow's OAuth tokens are revoked and the raw telemetry obtained from Strava is deleted from our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Your data & account
You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@peakflow.it. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
